We care for your privacy and your time. That is why we have prepared an abridged version of the most important rules regarding the privacy protection for you.
- By contacting us you provide us with your personal information and we guarantee that your data will remain confidential, secure and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your express consent.
- We outsource personal data processing only to verified and trusted entities providing services related to personal data processing.
- We use Google Analytics analytical tools that collect information about your website visits, such as the subpages that you have displayed, the time you spent there and the transitions between subpages. That is why Google LLC cookies are used for the Google Analytics service. As part of Google Analytics we collect demographics and interest data. You can block these data collection in your settings.
- We use the Google AdWords tool to run remarketing campaigns. That is why Google LLC cookies are used for the Google AdWords service. You can block these cookies in your settings.
- We use marketing tools, such as Facebook Pixel, to send personalized ads to you on Facebook. This is related to the use of Facebook cookies. You can block these cookies in your settings.
- We provide the opportunity to use social media tools, which involves the use of social network administrators’ cookies.
- We use our own cookies to ensure the proper operation of the website.

The purposes, legal basis and period of personal data processing are indicated separately for each data processing purpose (see the description of the personal data processing purposes below).

We underline that you always have one of these rights indicated above: if you think we have breached any of the personal data protection provisions when processing your personal data, you can file a complaint with the supervisory body (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

However, we have made every effort to ensure that the information you may be interested in is comprehensively set out in this privacy policy. You can also use the e-mail address given above if you have any questions related to your personal data processing.
Security. We guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data provided to us. We assure you all security measures and personal data protection required by the law have been taken. Personal data are collected with due diligence and protected against unauthorised access.
Data recipients. Your data may be processed by our subcontractors, i.e. entities whose services we use to process data.
- Service software provider – in order to store personal data as part of the service system on the server,
- IT companies – in order to use IT support and manage websites; the entity providing support may have access to your personal data collected by us in the course of work.
All entities entrusted with personal data processing guarantee the use of appropriate security measures required by law.
Processing purposes and activities
Contact. By contacting us via e-mail, including sending inquiry by our form, you naturally provide us with your e-mail address as the sender’s address. In addition, you can also include other personal information in the message content. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to contact us.
Your data is processed in this case in order to contact you, pursuant to is art. 6 par. (1).(a) GDPR, i.e. your consent resulting from contacting us. The legal basis for processing your data afterwards is justified by archiving for internal use (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR).
The correspondence may be archived and we cannot clearly determine when it will be deleted. You have the right to request the recorded correspondence (if it was archived) and to request its removal, unless its archiving is justified by our interests, e.g. protection against your potential claims.

Our website, like almost all other websites, uses cookies.

Our own cookies. We use our own cookies to ensure the website works properly. Moreover, our own cookies can be used to track your activities on the site, especially to show you prompts about recently viewed products.
Third party cookies. Our website, like most currents websites, uses functions provided by third parties, which involves third party cookies. The use of this type of cookies is described below.
Google Analytics. We use the Google Analytics tool provided by Google LLC,1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
We use this tool having regard to our legitimate business in order to produce statistics, analyze the results and improve our website operation.
Google Analytics automatically collects information about your use of our site. The information collected in this way is usually transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there.
Due to the IP anonymisation that we have activated, your IP address is shortened before we forward it. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address is forwarded to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. The anonymized IP address provided by your browser as part of Google Analytics is in principle not combined with other Google data.
As Google LLC has a registered office in the USA and uses technical infrastructure located in the USA, it joined the EU-US-Privacy Shield program to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection required by European laws. Under the agreement between the US and the European Commission companies with Privacy Shield certification are considered to have an adequate level of data protection.

Google Adwords.
We use the Google AdWords marketing tools provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. With the help of Google Adwords we promote our website in search results and on third party websites. We also use remarketing tools. We use these tools having regard to our legitimate business of marketing our own products or services.
When visiting our website, Google’s cookie remarketing file will automatically be left on your device, which with the help of a pseudonymous identifier (ID) and the websites you visit allows to display your interest based ads.
Further data processing takes place only if you have agreed to Google to combine browsing history and application use with your account and to use the information from your Google account to personalize ads displayed on websites. In such case if you are logged in Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define lists of target groups for remarketing purposes on different devices. That’s why Google temporarily combines your personal information with Google Analytics data to create target groups.

Facebook Pixel. We use the marketing tools available on Facebook and provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. Within the scope of this cooperation we show you ads on Facebook. We use these tools having regard to our legitimate business of marketing our own products or services.
In order to send you personalized ads, chosen on the basis of your visits at our site, we implemented Pixel Facebook, which automatically collects information about pages called up on our website. The information collected in this way is usually transmitted to a Facebook server in the United States and stored there.
The information collected by Facebook’s Pixel is anonymous, i.e. they do not allow us to identify you. We only know what actions you have taken on our site. However, we would like to inform you that Facebook may combine this information with other information about you collected by Facebook and use it for its own purposes, including marketing. Such Facebook activities are no longer dependent on us, and you can search for information about them directly in Facebook’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation. You can also manage your privacy settings on your Facebook profile.

Social tools. Our website uses plug-ins and other social tools provided by social websites, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest.
By displaying our website containing such a plug-in, your browser will establish a direct connection to the servers of social network administrators (service providers). The content of the plug-in is forwarded by a given service provider directly to your browser and integrated with the website. Thanks to this integration, service providers receive information that your browser has displayed our website, even if you do not have a profile with your service provider or if you are not logged in at the same time. This information (along with your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to the server of a given service provider (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there.
If you have logged in one of the social networking sites, this service provider will be able to directly assign our website visit to your profile in a given social network.
If you use a given plug-in, for example by clicking the “like” or “share”, the relevant information will also be sent directly to the server of the given service provider and stored there.
Moreover, this information will be published on your social network and will appear to people added as your contacts. The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by service providers, as well as the possibility of contact and your rights in this area and the possibility of changing settings in order to protect your privacy are described in the privacy policy of individual service providers.

If you do not want social networking sites to assign data collected during our website visit directly to your profile in a given website, you have to log out of this site before you visit our website. You can also completely prevent plug-in page logging using the appropriate extensions for your browser, e.g. blocking scripts.
Server logs
Using the website involves sending queries to the server where the page is stored. Each query addressed to the server is saved in the server logs.
Logs include your IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system you use. Logs are saved and stored on the server.
The data stored in the server logs are not associated with specific people using the site and are not used by us to identify you.
The server logs are only auxiliary material used to administer the site, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server.
